All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to accidental purchases, feature misuse, downtime, service interruptions, or removal of the bot from a server.
Removing or kicking Elvoria from a server may result in that server being temporarily or permanently blacklisted. If a server is blacklisted, re-access will only be considered after contacting us for manual review. Approval is entirely at our discretion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elvoria and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of Elvoria constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
